I'm Kiran and I am a first-year tutor in Fellowships, Pre-Law, and Pre-Careers. I'm (proudly) from Cedar Rapids, Iowa but have spent the last 10 years in Chicago, Greece, India, Italy, and Germany. Before graduate school, I worked for the UN and as an investigative journalist (separately). Now, I'm getting a PhD in Government and JD with the hope of becoming a public defender. In my free time, I play violin and flute in the GSAS orchestra, dance bhangra and ballet, and compete on a gymnastics team.
