The BGLTQ tutors are here to support all students in the house who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or questioning. We provide assistance to students who may have questions about sexual and gender identity and how Harvard and Adams House might best support them.
What we do:
The BGLTQ team offers responsive, educational programming in the house that addresses issues related to BGLTQ advocacy and challenges specific to the BGLTQ community, as well as social programming so that BGLTQ-identifying students and their allies can meet informally in a safe and inclusive environment. Students should feel comfortable coming to the BGLTQ tutors so that we can connect students to relevant resources at Harvard, including student organizations, counseling groups, and the Office of BGLTQ Student Life.
