Resident Tutor Application
Our mission is to build a diverse tutor corps to support and enhance the community in Adams House. Tutors engage in a range of activities from serving as sophomores’ primary academic advisors during their first term in the House, to playing intramural sports, to organizing cooking classes in the Faculty Dean's residence, Apthorp House.
Our current residential tutors hail from all over the U.S. and from abroad. We represent numerous academic disciplines including education, music, business, law, medicine, and theatre. Our interests range from yoga, to photography, to throwing Frisbees in Randolph Courtyard.
If you have any questions about the position or about the hiring process, please see the Dean of Student's Office website. At this time, we cannot respond to individual inquiries.
In the meantime, read up on our current tutors and all that they’ve been doing!
Please note that at Adams House, the process for becoming a Non-Resident Tutor does not begin until late spring, however you are welcome to apply using the link given above.
