Hello Adams House! I’m Teresa Grimes, I grew up in Boston, MA and now I reside in Nashua, NH. I’ve been in the food service industry for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Harvard University in August 2017, I was a chef manager with Sodexo. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After earning my Bachelor’s degree I switched gears and headed into the food service industry. This career change has been very rewarding. I’ve always been driven to be involved in food at many levels. In my current role at Adams House, I get to experience more diversity, challenges, and opportunities as I work with our student clientele and other personnel. This experience by far has been great!
When not working, I like to attend sporting events, and spend quality time with family and friends. I love to cook a few Spanish dishes and watch Netflix.
