Race Relations (Lead), Fellowships, International
Hello! 你好!！ السلام عليكم I'm Naima (pronounced Nye-ee-ma). I'm a third-year tutor at Adams, and in addition to serving as the H-Entryway tutor with my boyfriend Christopher, I'm also a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Government. Before starting my Ph.D., I served as a U.S. diplomat in Egypt and China. I spent my weekdays implementing U.S. foreign policy, my weekends exploring exotic beaches and crowded open-air markets, and a few unexpected days dodging very, very large protests. I'm American-born, but I spent my childhood in Cairo, Egypt. I've got a BA in International Relations from Stanford and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School. I've traveled quite a lot, and I know a thing or two about how you can, too. Ask me! I also know a lot (and am happy to chat) about the policy-making world.
