My name is Eli Michel and I’m excited to be a part of the Adams family. Though I was born in Florida, I grew up in northern Virginia to two immigrant Haitian parents. I’m originally from the suburbs of D.C. After studying biomedical engineering at the University of Virginia, I spent a year conducting research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) before completing medical school at Tufts University. Currently, I’m a physician resident at BIDMC in Anesthesia. You can reach out to me to ask for career advice about healthcare, global medicine, engineering and DEI, among many other things. In my free time, I love running, cycling, basketball, cinematography, music and theater.
