My name is Alvin and I am from the beautiful Island of Grand Bahama, which is located in The Bahamas. After graduating high school and starting college at the age of 16, I made the decision to make culinary arts my career. Seeing the effect food can have on people made choosing this profession that much easier. For the past 15 years of my career it has given me great joy and pleasure in seeing the emotions an amazing meal can evoke. Feel free to stop by the D-Hall and ask, “What’s cooking??” or tell me about a suggestion you have for the D-Hall.
