*Super School: how independent secondary schools could help change College*

Sharon Howell (PhD '06, English and American Literature and Language), former Adams House resident dean (2006-2014) and resident tutor in English (2002-2006), is the Associate Head of School at Northfield Mount Hermon in western Massachusetts. She was recently appointed Head of School at the Indian Springs School in Birmingham, Alabama--a small, progressive boarding school with students and faculty from all over the world--and will begin her work there in July 2016.
