HUPD is offering a fantastic self-defense course this February right in our LCR. It's open to the first 12 people who sign up. Email Toby (<toby.oldham1@gmail.com>) to sign up.

**Rape Aggression Defense**

**Basic Physical Defense Program for Women**

Rape Aggression Defense program teaches risk awareness, risk avoidance and empowers women to fight off various types of attacks by teaching realistic self-defense techniques.

The program consists of four, 4 hour classes. Participants are required to attend all four classes.

February 1, 3, 8 and 10
